MEI ZHAN
It is this tea that opens my personal list of tea for every day and it has been fixed for a long time.
For the first time I tried this tea on a trip to China, then I was looking for some varieties of rock oolongs to my friend and during the tasting I was given a taste of this tea.
It was early in the morning, 2 teas were brewed in parallel, his and Tsue She (sparrow tongues)
I was wondering which one I liked better, but comparison is the enemy of pleasure and I bought both teas. After that, in China, we drank this tea every day, came to the hotel, tested the samples that were given to us in tea shops, and then brewed Mei Zhan.
This tea is on the website in the collection "Pearl of Wishan", there are excellent samples of oolongs and Mei Zhan is one of the most affordable, but...
But this tea has something that everyone likes in oolongs - it is a bright and simply stunning aroma. When you brew this tea and inhale the aroma from the lid, your eyes involuntarily close in order to focus more on the richness and juiciness of the aroma and enjoy it.
Each strait of tea changes, showing itself from different sides, and after 2-3 straits you realize that all the fuss has dissolved and you are slowly floating with the flow of a wonderful moment.
After tea, there is a long aftertaste, the aroma fills the room, it is everywhere, and when you inhale the fragrance in chakhai, it seems that someone has flavored it with expensive perfume. Is there anything else you need? I think this is more than enough)
And so, every time I brew this tea, a smile appears on my face and I still admire this tea and fall in love with it.
And the day consists of such small joys, this is the first tea on my list for every day)
