Earlier, when I started to get acquainted with tea, the answer was obvious to me and I would immediately answer: Shui Xian. Now several years have passed and the answers have become less obvious. One would think that my preferences have become the opposite, but no. Everything is a little different. I used to be able to name my favorite tea, but now I can't. The world, including the tea world, is not divided into contrasts, into black and white, everything is much more interesting.

There is an opinion that Zhou Gui is more powerful and bright in taste, it is strongly fried and usually understandable immediately. And about Shui Xian, on the contrary, they say that this tea is not immediately understood and it is liked by those who like more subtle aromas and tastes, it is not so fried and it has more floral and fruity notes.

So why is it difficult for me to choose? And is it necessary?
Over the past year I have tried more than 15 different Zhou Guis, from budget to very expensive. I found several favorites for myself, moreover, there were moments when I drank Zheng Yang Zhou Gui with the delight of a child and did not believe that such a combination of taste and aroma was possible in a cliff oolong.

I also continue to be pleased and inspired by Shui Xian and love for him has not become less.
I prefer to choose tea to suit my mood and drink it. It's getting colder now, which means that oolongs of strong fire are more often in gaivani, but it's worth looking out the sun or at moments when you want lightness - oolongs of light roasting immediately appear and I once again admire the richness of the aroma.

In the last package, both Shui Xian and Zhou Gui arrived. And this time they are chosen so that the difference between them is clear and noticeable. One is light and floral, the other is powerful, deep-fried and dense.
If you don't know which tea is closer to you yet, you can go to the website, order and understand for yourself Zhou Gui - gr 640/50.
Shui Xian - 550/50 gr.

And what is your preference?
