TEA FROM GENERATION TO GENERATION

There is a village of the same name in Yunnan Province, in the area of Mount Bindao. The inhabitants of this village specialize in the collection, harvesting and production of tea.

The history of tea here is connected with the Dai people, who have been engaged in tea growing for more than 500 years.

A few years ago I had a chance to try the tea of a small farm, which I immediately fell in love with and still order myself fresh sheng puers. This family has been making tea for a very long time, for more than 10 generations they have been making tea and from the earliest years children have been involved in the tea production process. The process itself is very exciting for them and they are happy to help adults.

Now the collection and production of pu-erh is in full swing. Tea of these farmers is often ordered before the start of the harvest. At the very moment of collecting the tea leaf and production, people have to work very hard and sleep fades into the background, until very late at night people spend at work. During the day, children run in the sun, play and help adults, learn the art of making tea, and later at night, those who are older remain and give all their strength to the process.

That's the price of a good tea. This is a very hard work, the fruits of which we can enjoy. And it is also worth saying that the very collection of tea leaves from trees is not an easy task. Have you climbed mountains 1.5-2 km high? So, people go up to the mountains every day and collect tea there.

And now, years later, these children who helped adults today will continue the work of their ancestors, and our children will drink tea and enjoy it)

Here's a short report from the production)
